Yes, all of our crystals are 100% natural and sourced from trusted suppliers.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Orders within India typically take 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within India.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product arrives damaged. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there is any issue.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until it arrives at your door.

10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your crystals arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with opening video of the parcel which clearly shows damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.

11. Can I customize my order or request specific crystals?

Yes, we offer custom crystal orders based on your preferences. Please reach out to us via email or our contact form with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

12. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. As each of our crystals is handpicked and carefully packed, we require upfront payment to ensure the order is processed efficiently and securely. This also helps us maintain better inventory management and avoid any potential logistical issues.

13. How safe is my online payment?

14. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled before we ship the order, once shipped cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
